  • Overview

    The Regional Administrative Support Specialist (RAS) provides clerical and administrative support for Region(s) or System(s).  The RAS organizes and develops information and materials necessary for meetings, special projects, and reports and also acts as a liaison between Manager(s), Director(s) and Division Business Manager.  This position acts as a resource and provides support  for the Manager and Director(s), provides database support, and professionally represents TRIMEDX in all interactions by demonstrating a commitment to the TRIMEDX vision, mission, and core values.


    You will support the vice president in charge of this program. 


    Location: The position is located in the Vancouver, WA system office in the vicinity of the I-205 Glenn Jackson Memorial Bridge.

    Administrative Support (30%)

    • Provide clerical and administrative support for staff
    • Organize and develop information and materials necessary for meetings, special projects, presentations, and reports
    • Interact with and provide support to all departmental infrastructure, including human resources, payroll, benefits, service operations, finance, and information technology  

    Data Support (50%)

    • Establish and maintain record keeping systems and processes
    • Compile data for routine and special reports, utilizing Microsoft products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint to prepare spreadsheets charts and graphs, Utilize and work with various database software programs.
    • Act as a data resource and assist other departments , Manager and Director as needed.
    • Provide assistance in the compilation and preparation of operating and capital budgets; perform bookkeeping duties as assigned

    Project Management (20%)

    • Participate in obtaining information for various projects by contacting subject matter experts and resources at TriMedx Central Office and the hospital as required.
    • Monitors compliance to various Divisional and TRIMEDX projects and tasks
    • Coordinates and consolidates data collection and information requests, from Region(s) or System(s)


    Education and Work Experience

    • High school or equivalent degree required; associates degree preferred
    • Minimum 1 year office experience providing clerical and administrative support
    • Experience in data management preferred


    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
    • Ability to manage time and set priorities amidst multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Ability to work effectively with other team members
    • Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
