The Director, Marketing & Communications (DMC), in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer and Solution Marketing, develops the overall marketing strategy to drive awareness for the TRIMEDX brand and campaigns to drive client retention, engagement, increase market share, and the employee value proposition. He/She is responsible for the development and implementation of a robust internal communication program, public relations, digital presence, events, external communications and collateral materials. The DMC should possess a passion for measuring performance of activities to identify opportunities for improvement and to continually develop the team and overall marketing organization.
