  • Overview

    The Senior Analyst, Commercial Operations role will focus on strategic customer initiatives that have a significant impact on our rapidly growing organization. This senior level position supports the development of clinical engineering programs for healthcare facilities based on specific client business needs, sales, and operational strategies. The role will be responsible for analyzing data from prospective customers and collaborating with TRIMEDX operations and other internal departments in the development of program and pricing strategies.



    • Assist in winning new business by conducting market and customer analysis to understand the scope of a new customer opportunity (for example, in an RFP/RFQ/RFI)
    • Communicate with the customers’ financial leaders to obtain data in order to 1) perform forensic analysis of the general ledger and 2) analyze vendor service contracts, customer inventory, and labor, to complete a current state assessment
    • Compile, review, and analyze customer, competitor, and other relevant data to develop TRIMEDX medical equipment servicing program solutions/proposals and pricing strategies that meet the needs of the customer
    • Manage assigned initiatives from response creation through customer onboarding
    • Prepare financial models to quantify the projected revenue and profit on new business opportunities



    Education and Work Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required
    • 5+ years relevant work experience (FP&A, forensic analysis, business valuation, strategic pricing, business development, etc.) preferred
    • Experience in financial modeling is desired



    Knowledge and Skills

    • Strong Microsoft Excel and Access database skills required
    • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to extract insights from large sets of data and share findings in appropriate presentation formats
    • Ability to build, establish, and manage collaborative relationships
    • Ability to be strategic and think outside-the-box
    • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects
