    This position focuses on the technical administration as well as functional understanding of how our business leverages key enterprise applications required to run the business. You will partner closely with other administrators, developers, and our business to ensure we deliver exactly what our business needs.  If you enjoy working with others to solve problems, in an environment that encourages collaboration and changing how we work for the better, then this role is for you!


    This Applications Administration position seeks technical and functional administration including but not limited to: Application administration and support, technical and functional system understanding, automation and delivery operations management, driving small demand projects, as well as helping manage our application strategy and roadmap. 


    Associates in this role must be comfortable working with users across IT and the Business, partnering across teams to solve and develop solutions which are required for our Business to move forward. In a support capacity, this role performs daily root cause analysis to determine technical application issues, including the development and implementation of solutions of which may address system performance, functionality, and system integrations. The role will support application solutions in an on-prem and cloud packaged, but customized, software environment.  

    • Perform installation, configuration, administration, and tuning of software application software.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance on software application related issues. 
    • Establish, maintain, and document software configuration management plans, processes, and procedures.
    • Active involvement in the coordination and deployment of new applications/releases and post-rollout activities.
    • The candidate must be flexible in terms of working practices as the role may require some on-call support include possible evening and weekend work. 
    • Application Administrators should be energetic and looking to solve problems and bring new creative solutions to the table to help change and evolve how we provide solutions for our Business.
    • Ability to manage assignments and projects ranging from simple to complex. 
    • Responsible for understanding both functional and technical workings of the system, with ability to broaden these skills into new functional and solution areas.
    • Position requires understanding of business processes and solution capabilities  
    • Must be able to work well with peers, as well as independently. 
    • Excellent communications skills, and a positive collaborative attitude
    • Ability to lead, drive, and communicate with both business users and technical teams
    • Ability to self-manage and drive from development, through implementation, and support into production environments


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; information systems or computer related degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience as an Application/Systems Administrator
    • Development and support experience working with back office ERP systems
    • Preferred experience working with Enterprise solutions such as: Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains), CRM, Service Now (IT Service Management), Quality Management, Coupa Procurement, etc.
    • Preferred experience with SQL reporting
    • Experience leveraging proactive operational automation to drive consistent and repeatable results
    • Ability to lead, drive and communicate with both business and technical teams
    • Proven experience managing system applications and delivery operations in a production environment
    • Ability to work on multiple projects in a matrix team environment.
    • Proven analytical and technical problem solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
    • Capable of organizing individual tasks and managing personal time to complete assignments based on personal commitments.
    • Effective written and verbal communications skills
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Strong customer service skills
