  • Overview

    The Capital Planning Informatics Delivery Manager is responsible for deploying the Capital Planning Informatics tool to internal and external users.  The role will build standard company processes for delivering client value through use of various TRIMEDX capital planning reports, analytics and services.  In addition, the position will plan for product delivery through solution readiness, stakeholder alignment, scheduling, solution piloting, continual improvement feedback mechanisms, and overall project management capabilities.  This role is focused on driving both TRIMEDX associates and client C-suite adoption of our capabilities to plan for clinical asset management.  This role is a key enabler of the commercial growth of our Clinical Asset Management Solutions portfolio driving long-term adoption of the Capital Planning Informatics Tool.  The Capital Planning Informatics Delivery Manager must have experience and thorough knowledge of healthcare delivery processes and systems, allowing understanding of the customer’s perspective and pain points. 

    Responsibilities

    Required

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a healthcare services business
    • Experience with healthcare services programs – supply chain, clinical engineering, medical equipment service, and/or medical equipment manufacturer (OEM) services

    Preferred

    • Previous acute-care healthcare departmental (supply chain, radiology, laboratory, nursing, operations) leadership experience preferred
    • Master’s or healthcare professional degree
    • Client management experience, having demonstrated an ability to identify, communicate and manage issues
    • Knowledge and Skills

      • Strong healthcare business perspective and industry/market awareness
      • Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to tie back to actionable, measurable plans
      • Ability to manage the requirements-gathering process between an integrated team of stakeholders and various internal and external resources including product managers, internal stakeholders, customers and software related technical resources
      • Understanding of technology trends and directions
      • Proven expertise in managing change
      • Strong presentation and written/oral communication skills
      • Hard working individual and prepared to go the extra mile in a fast-moving environment
      • Be a self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas
      • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, culturally diverse environment
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn new systems required
      • Up to 60% travel

    Qualifications

    Client Relationship and Needs Development

    • Work with CE Operations and Client Services leadership to profile client decision makers and influencers for capital equipment purchases
    • Build understanding of capital purchase lifecycles and systems/processes at individual hospital and systems

     Capital Planning Informatics Best Practices

    • Work with key TRIMEDX stakeholders to develop and maintain a Compendium of TRIMEDX industry best practices for the capital planning lifecycle of clinical assets
    • Work with CE Operations leadership to incorporate recommended best practices into the client-facing routines of our field leadership team

    Training and Development

    • Collaborate with the TRIMEDX human resources team to design and maintain training materials for our TRIMEDX associates on the use of our various capital planning data, tools and services
    • Develop activities to deploy our capital planning tools and services for CE Operations and Client users
    • Drive adoption and usage rates of Capital Planning Informatics tools

     

    Solution Development

    • Engage solution user to gather needs and priorities for capital planning services support
    • Collaborate with the TRIMEDX Solutions Development team to outline desired capital planning offering features and priorities for development
    • Collaborate with TRIMEDX Solutions Development and Information Technology (IT) teams to design and iterate solution
