The Implementation Manager I is responsible for leading and owning the implementation of new customers to the TRIMEDX clinical engineering service program. This position is responsible for all aspects of implementation services, including integrated service planning, validation, resource assessment, project planning, information system conversion, training coordination, all customer facing communications, service contract analysis coordination, coordination of all internal TRIMEDX business units involved in new customer implementations to ensure a timely and effective start-up of the TRIMEDX clinical engineering service programs. The position also requires constant interaction and coordination through the Key Account Managers, where appropriate. This position plays a secondary role leading and participating in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects. Significant travel and schedule flexibility are mandatory to effectively participate during all aspects of service implementation, including inventory validation and all on-site customer interactions.
