This position manages the clinical engineering field services Technical Training program in support of TRIMEDX field operations. As we look to make the training program more robust, this role will be responsible for developing the strategy and determining the methods the company should utliize to deliver traing to associates in the field, as well as creating a method to track and show associate technical competency for audit purposes. This role will communicate training schedules, evaluate training providers, suggest alternative training options, and provide training guidance to field operations to support optimum service strategies and cost reductions while managing the review and approval of all technical training requests. In addition, this position will proactively identify training needs and partner with training providers to develop new course offerings and delivery methods as required. Plan and lead development of internal training programs, materials, and resources.
