The Manager of Talent Acquisition leads recruiting strategies and programs on behalf of TRIMEDX. The role executes on talent acquisition strategies, building programs to support proactive actions for identifying and engaging with industry talent. Additionally, the role provides vision and direction for strategic sourcing pipelines. The Manager of Talent Acquisition looks to leverage processes, systems, resources and best practices in order to optimize the candidate and hiring manager experience. This position leads a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants.
