  • Overview

    The Talent Development Consultant for TRIMEDX works closely with leadership and functional stakeholders to provide expertise in program design, change management, coaching, facilitation, and online learning.  This role is responsible for training needs analysis, program development, facilitation and overseeing the implementation and evaluation of foundational training programs and talent development initiatives based on business need.  The Talent Development Consultant ensures that training initiatives are tracked and evaluated and that performance metrics are established.  Training will be designed and implemented through in-person, webinar or online learning.   Additional responsibilities include managing project plans, collecting and assisting with training content, instructional design, establishing relationships with other internal stakeholders and departments, and delivering training focused on individual and leadership development.


    • Employ ADDIE instructional design model to create and sustain foundational programs for onboarding and training associates and managers.
    • Provide support and resources for career development programs.
    • Create and implement business-specific competency development resources as needed.
    • Partner with stakeholders and functional leaders to provide learning and development tools to support and drive Change Management initiatives and processes.
    • Design and facilitate leadership development programs both in person and virtually.
    • Design and facilitate individual development programs both in person and virtually
    • Design and facilitate onboarding programs for new hire associates and leaders in coordination with Organization Development.Evaluate programs regularly to determine gaps, consistency, relevance and ability to impact business needs.
    • Work with the Talent Development Coordinator to provide tracking mechanisms for compliance, learning and impact to associates and leaders. Leverage the information to focus on continuously improving our offerings to have a positive impact.
    • Analyze data and review trends for common areas to be addressed or improved upon organization-wide.
    • Develop ROI metrics that ensure and allow the business to support and partner in development initiatives. Provide coaching to assigned leaders for development in partnership with the HRBP.
    • Partner with the HRBP to facilitate team building sessions to enhance collaboration and performance.


    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, organizational development/leadership, organizational development, or a related field required
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in adult learning in a corporate environment, including program development and facilitation
    • Experience in producing business specific training programs, resources and processes through analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE model)
    • Behavioral Assessment (e.g. DISC) and/or Training Certifications (e.g. DDI, Franklin Covey) highly preferred
    • Instructional design experience in programs such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snagit or Go Animate is essential
    • Virtual training and design experience preferably in Adobe
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills required including Access, Visio, Project, Word, and Excel; Adobe experience helpful
    • Ability to travel approximately 25%
