The Human Resources Processes Consultant (HR Process Consultant) will work with the HRIS team and Director, Compensation & Benefits to accomplish a number of systems and process initiatives.  This will include assisting with the review, establishment and modification of data fields, as well as the necessary updates to records within the system.  This role will also assist with compliance functions within HR, helping to redesign tracking mechanisms for compliance and at times working with the HR Business Partners and site associates to confirm compliance.  The HR Process Consultant will work independently to execute on agreed project plans.


  • Coordinate the review of existing fields within HRIS systems, assisting with the creation of a data dictionary.
  • Work with HR Business Partners to assess existing employee data under the revised structure to confirm accuracy and completeness
  • Assist HRIS team with data corrections.
  • Document decisions and processes decided upon by work teams
  • Assist with creating process and tool usage training materials
  • Gather and save associate records within HRIS system
  • Conduct research to understand compliance requirements at hospitals, documenting findings.
  • Support audit requests in a timely manner.
  • Revise process for ensuring compliance with newly hired associates.
  • Track and communicate hospital requirements as needed
  • Document processes and procedures for maintaining compliance


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HRIS or information systems role, or in other data management capacities preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of database maintenance concepts.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Ability to establish and manage relationships
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficient in research, problem solving and decision making.
  • Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitivity with confidential information.
