The Retired Equipment Distribution (RED) Solution Coordinator supports the TriMedx Equipment End of Life (EOL) program by ensuring timely and orderly flow of opportunities, documents, and communication. The RED Solution Coordinator will communicate with TriMedx Site Managers, Legal, Accounting, and outside vendors regarding the sale and redeployment of retired medical equipment. The role will work closely with the RED Program Manager to oversee EOL process, transactions, and drive growth.


The RED Coordinator supports the team by completing and managing reports, transaction documentation and forms, and additional tasks as assigned.


RED Operations & Collaboration (70%)

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and management to understand RED program impact on the business
  • Prioritize and supervise service development activities to ensure optimal resource utilization and alignment with the business
  • Identify service deficiencies and recommend corrective action to achieve expected service levels
  • Delivery of retired device reporting
  • Identifies and implements systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work processes.
  • Track transactions
  • Coordinates invoicing and equipment sales with Accounting
  • Audit transactions between service operations personnel
  • Works on special projects as needed

RED Administrative & Support (30%)

  • Provides clerical and administrative support for TriMedx staff
  • Acts as a resource for associates, provides database support, and professionally represents TriMedx in all interactions by demonstrating a commitment to the TriMedx vision, mission, and core values
  • Maintains departmental purchase orders and tracks for vendor alignment
  • Establishes and maintains various filing and records management system
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • High school degree required; BS degree preferred; Associate degree required
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of administrative processes, RSQ and equipment management processes preferred
  • Expert proficiency of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time amidst multiple tasks
  • Ability to communicate with others at all levels of the organization
