Overview

The Inventory Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to learn TriMedx's business operations and work directly with field and customer leadership.  As part of the TriMedx Implementation team, this position works closely with Implementation Project Managers to onboard new clients. This position will lead projects to integrate inventory of new customers into the TriMedx program.  The Inventory Analyst will also partner with cross-functional area team members to gather and analyze historical operational and technical data on medical devices to accomplish companywide initiatives with warranty and install data.  ***This position requires the ability to travel nationally approximately 60%, including overnight.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead warranty and install data collection efforts; review and scrub data to ensure accuracy
  • Provide analysis on existing warranty and install data programs
  • Organize findings from data collection and audits into useful reports that support downstream operations and report to supervisor and executive leadership
  • Assist in the coordination and direction of inventory validation teams for new and existing clients
  • Lead the teams in the TriMedx process for matching & tagging medical equipment at new customer sites
  • Coordinate project plans and timelines
  • Assist Supervisor in the coaching and development of the Tech Plus One team
  • Motivate others through praise and recognition
  • Work closely with the supervisor in the coordination of Tech Plus One schedules
  • Provide meaningful feedback to assist in process refinement
  • Complete training to advance skill set and understanding

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred)
  • Previous internship(s) or other work experience desired
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives required
  • Must be able to travel for inventory validations as needed (Up to 60% travel to include overnights)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required; Access skills desired
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team format
  • High attention to detail with strong drive for data accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects
  • Ability to build, establish, and manage collaborative relationships
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills
