The Divisional Operations Support Manager, MME is the primary point of contact within their assigned area of responsibility who fundamentally connects the MME field operations to central office; ensuring consistency in service delivery, operations, compliance and alignment with program goals. The MME Divisional Operations Support Manager is a business professional with service delivery and process improvement expertise, as well as excellent communication skills. The position plays a major role in program leadership, new customer onboarding, and program development. The role must have a deep understanding of the MME program at both the strategic and day-to-day operational levels. Further, this role is intimately involved in the implementation and start-up of the MME program at new customer sites. This person is essential to the successful delivery of the MME program to a customer, as well as ongoing development of the product line. Travel up to 50% may be necessary to effectively deliver all aspects of the job requirements.


Program Leadership

  • Lead as MME operational expert for designated area of responsibility
  • Build and maintain relationships with TriMedx field leadership in designated area
  • Support TriMedx field leadership (MME and CE) with MME related questions, needs and/or sales opportunities
  • Roll-out and lead training of new MME capabilities to existing program sites
  • Train new leaders at existing program sites on the MME program and TriMedx way
  • Lead MME Plus One candidates in designated area to ensure have received exception training to immediately assume MME leadership role when assigned
  • Work with HR to continually fill MME Plus One roles with candidates that will elevate the TriMedx program
  • Oversee responses to operational/compliance audits and drive CQI initiatives
  • Assist in the ongoing development improvement of existing programs

New Customer Onboarding

  • Assist with new customer sales opportunities
  • Act as central MME lead for onboarding of new customer including Operations Assessment, CSA, Operations Blueprint, Utilization Snapshot, Validation, and Implementation in designated area of responsibility
  • Develop, lead, and improve Operations Assessment at new customer site
  • Create and present Operations Assessment deliverables
  • Assist in the development of MME sales proposal
  • Build MME service model for new customer sites – staffing, strategy, and coverage
  • Develop, lead, and improve Operations Blueprint at new customer site
  • Create and present Operations Blueprint deliverable
  • Develop, lead, and improve initial Utilization Snapshot at new customer site
  • Create and present Utilization Snapshot deliverable
  • Train leaders at new program sites on the MME program and TriMedx way
  • Oversee Rep training at new program sites on the MME program and TriMedx way
  • Work with HR to ensure the staffing up of new program sites

Program Development

  • Identify opportunities for upgrades and advancement to the MME product offering
  • Develop needs assessment and business requirements for upgrades
  • Communicate business requirements to the Product Development Team
  • Serve of key business partner in the development of new capabilities
  • Support central office functional units for MME field related questions or needs
  • Assist Sr. Program Manager and peers in program development and delivery as necessary


Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Engineering is highly desired
  • Minimum of five years of business experience working with clinical engineering, medical equipment service, healthcare services, and/or medical equipment manufacturers in the delivery or development of customer service solutions
  • Experience working in the hospital environment is preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience in a customer facing role
  • MME and/or Clinical Engineering expertise preferred
  • Direct supervisory experience preferred
  • Project and program management skills are required; certifications preferred
  • Previous experience with continuous improvement, lean, or six sigma initiatives; certifications preferred
