The Human Resources Manager is responsible for benefit administration, leave of absence administration, HR compliance and Talent Services onboarding/implementation oversight. This position will facilitate multiple benefit vendor relationships, and assist the Director of Benefits and HR Technology with the utilization, implementation and strategic alignment of all benefit programs to the TRIMEDX benefit package philosophy. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage the Benefit Specialists, LOA Specialist, the HR Compliance Specialist and the HR Coordinator roles to assure appropriate processes are in place to assist associates and work efficiencies are achieved. The Human Resources Manager also ensures compliance and works to continuously improve HR policies and processes. This position collaborates with leaders to address and resolve benefit or compliance issues. The Human Resources Manager acts as a liaison between Talent Services, Legal and Regulatory/Compliance to ensure policy alignment is appropriate.
