Overview

The Client Services Strategy Analyst collaborates with Client Services, Price Management, and Service Operations to support existing clients' service programs and improve internal operations. The Analyst models and interprets customer data for TRIMEDX to assist in corporate financial decisions.  This role will perform a wide range of analysis, modeling, and product/process improvement initiatives for the business to facilitate the efficient operation of the department and drive customer value.  This highly visible role will be involved in the growth initiatives of the company, working with members of the senior leadership team and leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis of TRIMEDX and customer data; identify organizational data needs and ensure final reports are ready for customer presentation
  • Gather and interpret customer data to assist in operational decision making
  • Organize and streamline data and processes within Client Services; identify and implement process improvements to improve customer satisfaction
  • Perform research, analysis, project management, and support functions for the Client Services and Costing and Pricing teams
  • Create value stream mappings to find inefficiencies in systems and processes
  • Manage and lead multiple projects that require collaboration with several functional areas; Drive results for all projects currently in scope
  • Identify errors and conduct root cause analysis; lead initiatives to implement changes to prevent future occurances
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of existing policies, processes, and procedures. Identify needs and either develop or adjust policy and procedure to meet current business and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with IT to identified how data is captured, stored, and communicated, while also defining and designing reporting requirements; communicate requirements to IT and ensure reports meet the needs of the organization
  • Travel – up to 20%

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree (MBA) or professional accreditation (PMP, etc) preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a data analytics, marketing, product management, project management, or account management position performing data analysis, modeling, and/or B2B consulting function
  • Experience in working with complex data sets, data analysis, financial analysis, and/or costing and pricing preferred
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with process analysis and improvement – ability to be creative with approach to business solutions
  • Experience delivering project proposals, analysis, results, and recommendations to senior-level management and customers
  • Focus on driving for results with customer satisfaction as a priority
  • Expertise of Microsoft Office & SharePoint required; advanced Excel and Access skills required
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time while working on multiple projects
  • Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Analytical thinking skills to perform analysis and develop accurate conclusions
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills
