Lead a team of field-based medical equipment service experts that supports our hospital-customers in the greater Sacramento area.
The Field Support Manager leads Imaging and Lab clinical engineering initiatives in collaboration with Site Managers to provide superior customer service, operational efficiency, and patient safety. He/she also oversees and leads the field service personnel who perform Imaging and Lab and Biomed services including maintenance, and repair of equipment. He/she oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives. The Field Service Manager would also look for and present strategic ways to improved performance.
