Overview

The Business Analyst collaborates with the Director of Strategic Business Development to create strategic business solutions by analyzing internally and externally supplied information, and providing guidance as to program strategy. This role will manage the development of outside-the-box business development solutions for new service delivery programs. They are responsible for leading the transition, reconciliation, and continuous developmental of such projects related to services for customers. The focus is on alignment of organic and inorganic customers’ needs regarding clinical engineering solutions, and internal operational strategies for a transferable multiple year approach. This role supports business Initiatives defined by the organization resulting in the growth of the TriMedx portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Director of Strategic Business Development to identify, develop, and execute efforts on special continuous improvement projects designed to enhance business development
  • Lead project activities at the system level for larger customer and act as the lead project manager for these opportunities, providing direction and guidance throughout TriMedx departments
  • Analyze holistic product requirements, determining if service requirements can be fulfilled internally ensuring contractual obligations are satisfactory and in instances where opportunity does not meet predefined requirements, work with internal resources to offer alternate solutions
  • Remediate customer related issues by assembling and directing cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-specific and business-specific customer service programs to further TriMedx values propositions
  • Identify competitive and alternative offerings and development a strategy for winning against the completion by engaging resources to develop necessary marketing strategies focused on meeting customer acquisitions targets and financial objectives
  • Participate in customer presentations, with possibility of also educating prospects on services offered and discussing contract terms at a high level to assist in winning new customer and renewing existing customers
  • Create models and project timelines to enhance executive decisions support as it relates to long-term and short-term  company strategic business development
  • Liaise between Business Development and functional business units to enhance communication and coordination of projects with a goal to exploit synergies with TriMedx
  • Work on customer facing initiatives to enhance alignment with the TriMedx value proposition and existing business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Business Development to lead and ensure program developments meets the strategic needs of the customer
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to drive the development of strategic and competitive service programs over multiple years
  • Assist strategic analysis, evaluation and refinement of the strategic corporate vision and direction
  • Create and deliver thoughtful information to influence customers in support of service programs
  • Provide support to determine appropriate strategy for the customer
  • Manage meetings designed to enhance communication, efficiency ,and effectiveness of the Business Development team as it relates to all aspect of transformational change management
  • Responsible for the communication of completed project deliverables created in appropriate presentation formats for respective audience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Business Management or related field
  • Minimum three years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Strategic thinking and ability to think outside-the-box and to take risks
  • Willingness to understand new complex systems in order to become a subject matter expert
  • Ability to deal effectively with diverse roles, backgrounds and expectations
  • Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects
  • Ability to build, establish, and manage collaborative relationships with customers
  • Ability to communicate and understand complex revenue and expense streams and pricing structures
  • Experience in financial statements to perform financial analysis and assessments required
  • Strong action oriented management skills using business and operational acumen required
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills including coordination, communication, adherence to budget and completion goals, prioritization, and troubleshooting
