This position plays an instrumental role in crafting, implementing, and refining costing techniques and price strategy for TRIMEDX services.  The analyst will model the financial impact of prospective costing and pricing changes and support management with analytics and reporting.  This role will be challenged with the task of gathering and evaluating market data and assisting in the development of competitive pricing intelligence.  The analyst will also partner with pricing management to maintain a pricing database while evaluating ways to improve its efficiency and scalability.  The analyst provide support to both customers and associates by developing solutions for issues related to both costing and pricing.


  • Validate pricing adjustments and evaluate impact to margin and customer experience
  • Test and implement new pricing models that support departmental and business goals
  • Analyze and report on pricing trends, effectiveness, and performance
  • Assist in the ongoing development and evolution of the pricing database
  • Continuously evaluate existing costing methodologies and confirm expected output
  • Incorporate new data elements into existing costing process to improve accuracy and consistency
  • Develop robust tracking of costing trends and quantify impact on price
  • Gather, clean, and validate new competitive data
  • Assist in regular audit of existing competitive data
  • Effectively incorporate market data into price strategy
  • Frame and articulate position within the competitive landscape


  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, finance, mathematics, or accounting preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in costing, pricing, or financial analysis
  • Strong analysis, cost-accounting, and/or statistics skills
  • Ability to diagnose concerns and formulate solutions from data analysis
  • Analytical thinking skills and an acute attention to detail
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time while working on multiple projects
  • Ability to work effectively with other team members
  • Interpersonal and conflict management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Access
  • SQL proficiency preferred
