The Receptionist supports the specified TRIMEDX CO building by greeting visitors, escort vendors to worksites and helps maintain various areas of the building.  This position professionally represents TRIMEDX in all interactions by demonstrating a commitment to the TRIMEDX brand, vision, mission, and values.


  • Greet guests and notify associates of their arrival
  • Keep Associate Phone Directory current in binder at front desk
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • During business hours, put sign up and carry TRIMEDX iPhone when away from Front Desk
  • Accept, sort and distribute mail (CONFIDENTIALITY AND TIME SENSITIVITY ARE KEY )
  • Main Contact/Coordinate with NOW Courier on a daily basis
  • Assist with conference room/conference center scheduling/room coordination
  • Escort vendors to worksites if Facilities not available
  • Assist with group lunches when requested with catering – ordering, setting up, cleaning up
  • Place office supply orders (standard and special requests) – COUPA
  • Keep Mail Room stocked with standard office supplies
  • Place weekly fruit order – Piazza Produce
  • Distribute fruit several times a week within assigned building to specified areas
  • Place order for water/soda/coffee and coffee supplies – Company Kitchen
  • Distribute requested water/soda/coffee and coffee supplies via courier to other buildings
  • Place orders for Fed Ex Supplies and USPS Supplies (including postal machine) supplies
  • Assist others with postage meter, certified mail, etc.
  • Alert or deliver associate of FedEx deliveries
  • Alert associates of packages in mailroom (packaged not covered by Supply Chain)
  • Check out company vehichles – hand out keys, explain gas card
  • Keep building kitchens/coffee shop areas stocked, organized, and clean
  • Assist as needed with various company functions
  • Have a working knowledge of the TRIMEDX Campus (where departments are located)
  • Desk Key ordering
  • Keep meeting rooms presentable
  • Event coordination as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


Education and Work Experience

  • High school or equivalent degree required; associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years receptionist experience required, related administrative support experience a plus


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
  • Knowledge of TEAMS required
  • Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time amidst multiple tasks
  • Ability to communicate with others at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Creativity and problem solving skills
