Overview

The Asset Utilization Services (AUS) Analyst leads analytical tasks and projects for the AUS/CAM team primarily focused on the Mobile Medical Equipment (MME) service offering.  MME is a complementary product offering to the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering service offering.  The role works closely with the MME operational leaders and internal support functions to build and maintain analytical content, as well as progress and automate reporting capabilities.  The Analyst will serve as a technical and systems expert.  This position is expected to support team members as needed for customer engagement, site assessments, onboarding, and operations.

 

Travel up to 25% may be necessary to effectively deliver all aspects of the job requirements.

Responsibilities

Analysis

  • Educate field leaders on reporting needs
  • Serve as AUS system subject matter expert with specialization in analysis and reporting
  • Build reporting tools / customize as needed
  • Partner with Product Management and IT to automate and iterate analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Lead and assist with CAM special analytical projects
  • Assist with current state assessment analysis and deliverable
  • Own creation and iteration of MME policies and procedures

Reporting

  • Administer device cleanliness program
  • Lead device cleanliness program training, data ownership, and reporting
  • Own quarterly survey data and reporting
  • Lead collection and ownership of hospital rental data
  • Own equipment utilization program
  • Administer monthly metrics and scorecards creation and iteration
  • Lead value proposition data collection, analysis and reporting owner
  • Build, administer, and iterate MME Quarterly Value Report (QVR) and monthly customer meeting template

Team/Program Support

  • Participate in project related efforts to further refine and develop MME
  • Participate in activities related to customer engagement, site assessments, implementation, and operations as needed

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance or equivalent required
  • Minimum five years of experience in an analytical role
  • Experience performing financial analysis and assessments
  • Excel and complementary program expertise required
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • MME/CE operations expertise preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Ability to work independent of supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional groups and teams
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, required
  • Up to 25% travel
