The Talent and Organizational Development Consultant works closely with the HR Business Partner team and functional stakeholders to provide expertise in the annual HR programs such as goal setting, performance management, talent and succession planning as well as change management, coaching, and performance consulting. This role is responsible for analysis of the effectiveness performance management programs, recommending solutions for improvement and creating a communication cadence for performance initiatives. This position collaborates with the HR Business Partner team to address individual, team and organizational development needs. Through oversight and improvement of strategic performance programs, the Talent and Organizational Development Consultant acts as a resource for workforce development, succession planning and proactive performance management.
